Default Cams explained and compared

I have a lot to do before this will be a good thread, but I'm starting to collect info here. My goal will be to provide a good explanation of cams with lift and durations compared.
Now I'm trying to find true specs on the stock 4.6L 2V PI and NPI cams.
PI cams info off the net
.505/.534-inch lift
Duration @ .050" 186/194 (also have seen 192/184)
